Stan
J. Stricker, has been President and a Director of Stratabound since founding the
company in 1986. He is a geologist
with 30 years of experience in minerals
and petroleum exploration, corporate
administration and financing, and
project consulting, for Cominco
Ltd., Union Oil Co. of Canada Ltd.
(Unocal), Petro-Canada Exploration
Inc., and a number of junior mining
and petroleum companies, both private
and public. He was directly involved
in the discovery of the CNE Deposit
at Bathurst, New Brunswick, and
its subsequent development into
a profitable mine.

Keith
E. Macdonald, a Director of Stratabound, is a chartered accountant
with considerable experience in
the oil and gas industry, serving
as president, chief financial officer
and/or director of a number of public
companies. He is a past chairman
of the Small Explorers and Producers
of Canada (SEPAC), and continues
to serve as a director of SEPAC
and Co-Chairs the Securities and
Regulatory Committee.

Duncan McCowan, P.Geol., a Director of Stratabound, has been instrumental in the growth of successful oil and gas companies in both technical and managerial capacities. These include Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd., Flame Oil & Gas Ltd., Opinac Exploration Ltd., and Tarragon Oil & Gas Ltd. He is also the founder of Atlas Energy Ltd. and serves as a director, president, or chairman of several other private and public companies.

Peter
McKenzie-Brown, a Director of Stratabound,
has an extensive background in the
Canadian petroleum industry. As
a business and financial writer,
his columns on resource investment
have been widely read, and he is
the author of important books on
the Canadian petroleum industry
and on the development of Canadian
accounting practices, especially
as they pertain to the Canadian
petroleum industry.

Michael
S. Mann, a Director of Stratabound, is a consulting
geologist and president of a wellsite
consulting company. He has 23 years
of petroleum and minerals exploration
experience, including positions
with Bow Valley Industries Ltd.,
Petro-Canada Exploration Inc., Aquitaine
Minerals of Canada Ltd., and Husky
Oil Operations Ltd.

Susan
J. Stricker, Secretary-Treasurer of Stratabound Minerals since its
incorporation in 1986. She has responsibility
for many of the company’s
administrative, regulatory and accounting
functions. Previously, she spent
nine years working for geological
consulting firms.

John
F. Duncan P.Geo., a geological
consultant managing the
company's New Brunswick properties,
has over 28 years experience in
the mining industry. John, a native
Manitoban, graduated from Brandon
University in 1972. His experience
includes project development geologist
at Granduc Mines, Stewart B.C. and
at Brunswick Mining in Bathurst,
N.B. He has experience in both open
pit and underground mining and gold/base
metal exploration throughout the
Bathurst Mining Camp and North America.
John has worked on several new discoveries
within the Bathurst Camp.

John
D. (Jack) Charlton, a geological
consultant to the company,
has 31 years of hands-on experience
in Canadian and international mining
exploration and development. He
played a key role in the discovery
and development of the Beaufor and
Sleeping Giant gold mines for Aurizon
Mines Ltd., as well as in the advancement
of gold deposits in Tanzania for
Tan Range Exploration Inc. He has
been active in several diamond exploration
programs in Quebec and West Greenland
and is currently managing the company's
Marusia and Enja Projects in Quebec.

John L. Wahl Ph.D., P.Geo., a geological consultant to the company, has over 35 years experience in the mineral exploration industry serving in various capacities on projects in North America, Russia, Eastern Europe and South America. Dr. Wahl is currently managing the company’s Melchett Lake Project in Ontario.

Dr. A. B. (Ben) Baldwin, a geological consultant to the company, was involved in the discovery of the Brunswick Ore deposit near Bathurst in 1953 and several other mineral deposits including the East Kemptville tin deposit near Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, in 1976. He was chief exploration geologist for M.J. Boylen Engineering, Cerro Mining and Shell Canada Minerals from 1955 to 1985. His work included exploration programs in Latin America, Europe and Africa as well as North America.
