Stratabound is a reporting issuer in the Provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, and is a Tier 1 company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (Symbol: SB). It is also quoted in the United States on the Pink Sheets electronic OTC markets (Symbol: SBMLF).
Since 1986, the Company has been financed by private placements of shares to individuals and investment funds, joint ventures, production revenue from profitable mining and petroleum operations and property sales.
